When Noel and Krista Kelly wanted the ultimate in indoor comfort and efficiency, the choice was clear, a small duct high velocity system. Delivering quiet, comfortable and even temperatures throughout their new home, the system has exceeded their expectations. “I didn’t want radiators” says Krista, “I can’t get comfortable with radiators, being from Canada I’m used to a warm air heating. When I heard that a small duct high velocity system was available in Ireland, I immediately knew that it was the best choice for our open plan house” Noel says, “I was going to fit under floor heating, but came across the small duct high velocity system at a show and was impressed. The small duct high velocity system is connected to a heat recovery ventilator (HRV) and it has air filtration as standard. These options are not available with under floor heating” The house is heated by an oil fired boiler connected to two small duct high velocity systems.  There is one programmable thermostat per floor controlling the indoor temperature and the setback times and temperatures. "We have temperatures within 0.3C of the thermostat set point” said Noel. “nothing else comes close to the comfort of the small duct high velocity system”
