This is an ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) house measuring over 260 M2 over two floors.  It was one of the first ICF homes in Ireland to use the small duct high velocity system.  The house is owned by a renowned international Architectural and Interior Designer who is responsible for the innovative design and the striking minimal impact of the building on the surrounding landscape.

The goal was to have a home that was virtually invisible on the landscape and that would blend in with the surroundings.  The steep slope of the site presented its own challenges as did the irregular site size.

By using a combination techniques, the architect harmonized modern design, materials, colour, and shape to produce this stunning home.
