This development comprises of 22 custom homes on a golf course in the Wicklow mountains. This is the Cliffside house type fitted with two small duct high velocity heating and air conditioning systems. The house is zoned for maximum user comfort with thermostats in each bedroom and all major rooms. Daikin air conditioning units can be added at any time to the small duct high velocity systems.

Heat recovery (HRV) is fitted to each home, extracting air from each bathroom and ensuite and expelling it using the Daikin VAM350 heat recovery unit.  Fresh air is brought into the building through the heat recovery unit and supplied to each Hi-Velocity System.

The small duct high velocity systems offer total indoor air comfort by combining central heating and/or central air conditioning, air filtration, fresh air and heat recovery.
